"Just Paradise" Experience

Please, be aware that some activities might be replaced by similar ones, depending on day and season. Dinner at the hotel restaurant consists of 3 dishes and includes water, tea and coffee (alcohol is not included). It is recommended to book at least 7 days in advance to guarantee the chi kung session that will take place around 8am, before breakfast. The massages are at 5pm and at 6.15pm and dinner at 8.30pm. In this experience you will discover the medicinal therapy of Chinese origin based on breath control called "chikung". In addition, you will relax with a one-hour Ayurvedic massage. Paraiso Escondido, the hotel in which you will spend two nights, is located in the southwest of the Alentejo region in Portugal, and is the perfect place to enjoy pure nature, relax and last but not least to enjoy its delicious food.
