Please, be aware that some activities might be replaced by similar ones, depending on day and season. The dinner in the hotel includes water and a glass of wine. The picnic includes a salad + sandwich + dessert Both, honey and olive oil, are organic and from small local producers. We propose a unique experience in which you will find yourself in the middle of nature enjoying the benefits of forest therapy. The aim of forest bathing is not to do sport or look for anything in particular, but simply walk among the lush vegetation and observe, listen, connect with our senses and feel an active part of the natural environment. You will sleep in a superior room for 2 nights in the sensational hotel La Garriga in Castelladral, less than 100 kilometres from Barcelona, a big farm which is perfect to evade the city and enjoy the tranquility and the silence of an environment with maximum elegance. Being there, you will have dinner at the night of your arrival and you will relax in a spa circuit on Saturday before sunset. After your walk through the forest, you will enjoy a delicious ecological picnic with basket and blankets included. The exclusive ecogourmet breakfast of Saturday and Sunday are also included in the experience. An experience to let you be by not letting you search anything in particular: just to feel the beauty of the world with your five senses, which will make you feel like you are reborn.
