We propose you to discover the mining roots and stay in a sustainable rural complex located in a small village, between A Pontenova (Lugo) and Taramundi (Asturias), in the heart of the well-known Biosphere Reserve Río Eo, Oscos and Tierra de Burón, recognised by UNESCO. During our half-board stay, we will visit the magnificent Consuelo Mine, which was the epicentre of the mining industry in the first two decades of the 20th century. We will also get our adrenaline pumping on a zip-line descent from where we will enjoy the views of the historical and recreational open-air complex, Tirolina das Minas. We will finish the experience riding a quad bike along the old mining train track, nowadays known as Via Verde.
