Visit to a winery in Bakio, next to Gaztelugatxe, where you can learn about the txakoli production process and its particularities, and finish with a tasting. 3. The menu is paired with a relevant sample of the diversity of local txakolis available in the Hotel Nafarrola's cellar. In this Experience you will find the opportunity to learn about and connect with the origin of the Vascones, the predominant people established in this area before the arrival of the Romans, Iñigo Arista, whose original name is Ennego Ennegontis (Iñigo son of Iñigo), the first king of Pamplona, a Vascon count. Centuries later, the Basques moved towards the sea due to the push of Castile and Aragon, occupying what we know as modern-day Euskadi.
