The dinner of Friday includes 3 entries to share, a dish you can choose or fish or meat and a dessert. The course of Saturday starts at 1pm. It includes appetizers, drinks, cooked La Fideuá and dessert. The duration of the course is approximately one and a half hour. We propose to you a very special gastronomic experience with which you will discover the secrets of the Valencian kitchen. The main activity of this escape is a Self-Cooking class where you will be explained about the history of La Fideuá of Gandía, the ingredients they use and the experience will make you prepare La Fideuá for your own consumption. Furthermore, during the course, they will let you taste some appetizers of the zone and some beers or local wines. All in a very special scenery, the Gastrocasa Hotel, located at just 700m from the seacoast with special treatment and exceptional familiarity. A pleasure for the lovers of the best gastronomy!
