Experience Encounters for Highly Sensitive People

min. 05 persons, max. 13 persons I am a Highly Sensitive Person and, over the years, I have built Beautiful Alamedas with the aim of holding meetings for us. Beautiful Alamedas is a haven for PAS, a safe place where we feel at home and share our experiences and needs as PAS. These meetings will be held on weekends and there will be a sharing of what it means to be PAS for each of us and the issues that matter to us, such as the economy, bullying, giftedness, setting boundaries and saying no, asserting ourselves, or whether we are highly sensitive or highly perceptive. PAS need to know reality in a deep way and to know the why and the reasons for events. For this reason, and as a result of my own search, I will offer an insight into the Greek gods and goddesses, as they are useful tools of knowledge for decision making. We will have a time of quiet prayer, or in other words, silent meditation or mindfulness. We will draft a mission statement and seek spiritual solutions from the great spiritual traditions, which are not dogmas, but contain timeless universal truths that give us power, dignity and meaning as human beings. Meals and menus will be made with organic ingredients in the small workshop of Beautiful Alamedas. The purpose of this meeting is playful, in a beautiful and cheerful place and in a friendly atmosphere, and is not intended to be therapeutic, even if it is inspiring, and useful conclusions and new visions can be drawn from it to help us move forward.
