The gastronomic dinner in the hotel will consist of 5 sample dishes + dessert, with three local wines and Patxaran. Bodega Azpea is a family-owned winery where they prepare pairing lunches with wines that they themselves produce, consisting of a series of entrees plus fish and grilled meat. It is important to note that they only open for a minimum of 6 people, but weekend reservations made in advance are usually guaranteed. This experience, in the midst of Navarre’s pre-Pyrenees, is a delight. It has an exceptional accommodation, Heredad Beragu, where you can enjoy the best boutique hotel and the region’s gastronomy. A private Monastery of Leyre guided tour is the main attraction, a privilege available to few, while the cherry on top will be a pairing lunch in Azpea winery, enjoying the best Navarre wines.
