You will stay only 4,6 kms. away from Taramundi (Asturias), a pioneer village in rural tourism, with a deep-rooted past of blacksmiths and traditional cutlery. The hiking trails and small villages are very interesting to visit. During our half board stay, we will have the opportunity to visit the TOP places of this beautiful region; Museo de la Cuchillería, with one of the most important collections of knives and blades in Spain. Visit the Museum of the Mills of Mazonovo, located on the banks of the rivers Turía and Cabreira, of great beauty. We will finish the circuit with a visit to the Ethnographic Ensemble of Os Teixois, declared an Asset of Cultural Interest. For about 45 minutes we will be shown how they used to work several hydraulic devices: mallet, mill, grinding wheel, fulling mill and a small power station.
