If you are stressed or if you feel weak, this experience offers you a plan without accommodation so that you can spend a whole day feeling better: a farmhouse in the heart of Sierra Mariola, in Alicante, where you can enjoy organic gourmet cuisine, yoga classes, therapies or massages that will allow you to return home with your batteries recharged. Start the day with a yoga class in a dome to continue with an energising breakfast, then schedule an energy therapy or a massage, stroll around the farmhouse facilities, through the forest and discover the amazing organic gourmet cuisine in the restaurant before an excellent guided meditation class.
